Mobile Game Apps Privacy Policy

This privacy policy governs your use of the mobile game applications (“Apps”) for mobile devices that was developed by My Huynh (“Sigky Game”, “Sigky Game Studio”, “we”, “our” or “us”). If you choose to use our Apps, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation with this policy. We will not collect, use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

User Provided Information

When you download and use the Apps, you generally provide (a) your name, email address, age, user name, password and other registration information; (b) transaction-related information, such as when you make purchases, respond to any offers, or download or use Apps from us; (c) information you provide us when you contact us for help; (d) credit card information for purchase and use of the Apps.

We do not collect the defined information. We physically can’t and don’t even have server to store your information. However, we may use your (c) to contact you from time to time to provide you with important information, required notices and marketing promotions.

In addition, the Apps do not collect certain information automatically, including the type of mobile device you use, precise information about the location of your mobile device, your mobile devices unique device ID, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, the type of mobile internet browsers you use, and information about the way you use the Apps.

We do not disclose User Provided Information and Automatically Collected Information since we do not obtain and store them. However, we will collaborate or employ third parties to do necessary actions only in the ways:

• as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena, or similar legal process;
• when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
• with our trusted services providers who work on our behalf, do not have an independent use of the information we disclose to them, and have agreed to adhere to the rules set forth in this privacy statement.
• if Sigky Game is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified on our website of any change in ownership or uses of this information, as well as any choices you may have regarding this information.

We may work with analytics companies to help us understand how the Apps is being used, such as the frequency and duration of usage. We work with advertisers and third-party advertising networks, who need to know how you interact with advertising provided in the Apps which helps us keep the cost of the Apps low.

Payments

We may provide paid products and/or services within the Apps. In that case, we use third-party services for payment processing. We will not store or collect your payment card details. The information is provided directly to our third parties who use your personal information is governed by their Privacy Policy.

Our Apps may contain links to third parties. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that site. Note that these external sites are not operated by us. Children

We do not use the Apps to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has contacted us with personal information, we immediately delete it. If a parent or guardian becomes aware that his or her child has provided us with information without their consent, he or she should contact us at sigkygame@gmail.com so that we will be able to do necessary actions.

We value your trust in using our Apps. We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect or store your information as the best way to limit access to your information.
